Delivery Problems:

Where there has been damage we ask that you provide an image of the damage so we may raise the issue with the courier service. It is very important to sign for deliveries as damaged. Non-deliveries of goods must be notified within 14 days. Where goods have been sent in error we will endeavour to send out replacements immediately.
