Christmas is coming!

Wander through a Christmas world to arrive at Santa’s Grotto! Meet Father Christmas for a charming chat and receive a special gift.

A magical experience for the whole family to enjoy, sure to get you in the Christmas spirit.

Our number one priority is to protect our customers and colleagues, and so with your safety in mind, all Grotto tickets must be booked in advance. Tickets can be purchased online or in-store.

Your ticket will grant you access to the Grotto to visit Father Christmas within a 30-minute window. Tickets are booked in 30-minute timeslots, on arrival you will be added to the existing queue.

Our elves will be there to guide you through to ensure your safety is paramount and answer any questions you may have.

To give you peace of mind when booking, we have introduced our ‘Book with Confidence’ commitment.

This includes;

Free cancellation if you need to cancel up to 3 days prior to the event.

The option to book another event free of charge, if you need to cancel less than 3 days prior to the event.

Guaranteed refund if your event is cancelled by us.

Adults do not need to purchase a ticket for the grotto.

Free Parking is available at all of our Cherry Lane Garden Centres on site. Disabled parking is available.
