The following terms and conditions apply to the Cherry Picked Reward Card (CPRC) Scheme and to any person who holds a Cherry Picked Reward Card (a ‘Cardholder’):-

The Cherry Picked Reward Card Scheme

  1. You can update your marketing preferences at any time by logging into your online account or via any marketing email if you register your Reward Card online. Alternatively, correspondence relating to the CPRC Scheme, including marketing preference changes, should be sent to Please include your name and Reward Card Number when making any correspondence via email.
  2. Your CPRC and any replacements that are issued and remain the property of QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd. The CPRC Scheme is free of charge to all persons who purchase goods in Cherry Lane Garden Centres and its associated shops. QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd reserves the right to alter, without prior notice, products included in or excluded from the CPRC Scheme and it reserves the right to change the number of participating shops at any time
  3. To apply for a CPRC and take advantage of the CPRC Scheme you must be over 16 years of age.
  4. Your name, postal address or email address must be provided for a CPRC to be registered. We cannot send you our exclusive rewards unless your card is registered.
  5. Your CPRC cannot be used as a credit card or guarantee card. The CPRC Scheme is only for consumer use. The CPRC cannot be used for any transaction where the purchaser or ultimate beneficiary is a business entity.
  6. Your CPRC can only be used by the person to whom it is registered.
  7. A Cardholder can choose to leave the CPRC Scheme at any time by giving written notice to QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd or by leaving his/her CPRC at a participating shop. By leaving the CPRC Scheme a Cardholder forfeits any entitlement to all exclusive offers relating to the CPRC Scheme
  8. In addition to paragraph 7 above, QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd reserves the right on notice to Cardholders to (i) stop issuing CPRCs at any time; (ii) amend the benefits of the CPRC Scheme at any time; (iii) alter or amend these terms and conditions and the operation of the CPRC and/or the CPRC Scheme; and (iv) withdraw or cancel a CPRC and/or terminate the CPRC Scheme. For the purpose of this paragraph, and any other paragraphs which contain a right for or an obligation upon QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd to give notice, the period of will be such duration, if any, as QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd in its absolution discretion decides and will be considered adequately given if (a) sent by to the Cardholder at the email address (if any) held by QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd for that Cardholder and (b) by QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd placing a copy of the notice on its website,

How do I get a reward card?
Reward cards are available to pick-up in-store, to find your nearest store using our store locator here.

How do I register my reward card?
If you have a reward card and want to register it on our website visit the reward card registration page above. If you are in-store, speak to any member of the team who will be to register a new reward card in-store for you.

How can I redeem my reward card discount vouchers?
You can redeem you reward card discount vouchers online at the basket stage, or in-store when you use/present your reward card.

Do I get points when I spend with my reward card?
Our scheme is not points based however, we will send you a 10% welcome discount voucher upon your first reward card registration, birthday treats (if you have told us your birthday), special VIP discounts, exclusive previews and more by email or post if you have consented to marketing.

I have lost my reward card, how do I get a replacement?
Replacement reward cards are available to pick-up instore, speak to a member of staff in-store who will be happy to help. To find your nearest store use our Store Locator here.

How do I register/activate my replacement reward card?
You can register your replacement reward card in-store or online when you log into your website account. If you do not have a website password or cannot remember it, you can request a new password here.

Once you have logged into your website account here., visit my account section and click on Register/change your reward card to register your replacement reward card.

I haven't received my discount voucher after registering/activating my reward card, how do I get it?
Once you have registered your reward card in-store or online here, we will send you an email with the subject 'Please activate your card'.
You will need to click the button with the email that reads 'Click here & your voucher will be emailed to you', a second email with your welcome 10% discount voucher.
If you cannot locate the email from us, check your spam or junk folders just in case the email is in one of these folders (see below for additional guidance) or click here to resend your confirmation email.
